When and where is GTF 2026?

GTF 2026 takes place October 12–18, 2026 in Kigali, Rwanda. East Africa

What is the AfCFTA and why does it matter?

The African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) is the world’s largest free trade area by number of countries. GTF 2026 is designed to operationalize AfCFTA — turning policy into actual deals, investments, and trade flows between member states and global partners.

Combining Discounts

Max 32% Combined Saving

Eki User (15%) CAN combine with RDB (10%) or Bond (20%). RDB and Bond are mutually exclusive. Early Bird cannot combine with individual discounts. Group discount replaces individual if higher.

Is a visa required to attend?

Rwanda offers visa-on-arrival to citizens of 111 countries and e-visa to all remaining countries. African Union passport holders enjoy visa-free entry. GTF delegates requiring invitation letters should contact the secretariat.

What is the Grand Cultural Gala?

The Grand Cultural Gala happening on Friday October 16, featuring a Grammy-nominated African artist, the GTF 2026 Annual Awards, an African fashion showcase, and a pan-African gala dinner. VIP delegate passes include gala access.

Can I exhibit without a sponsorship package?

Yes. Exhibition stands are available independently of sponsorship packages, starting from $199 . All exhibition bookings include a minimum number of exhibitor passes.

How do I nominate a speaker?

Speaker nominations are submitted via the contact form or by emailing speak.gtf@ekiholdings.org. All nominations are reviewed by the GTF Programme Committee within 7 business working days.

Is GTF 2026 open to international delegates?

Yes. GTF 2026 welcomes delegates from all over the world. Interpretation services will be available in English, French, and Portuguese.
